Repair-or-restore your roof before replacing it.
We understand that many businesses are avoiding expensive capital improvements due to the economic impact of the Coronavirus pandemic. However, with hurricane season rapidly approaching we also know a lot of commercial property owners need to improve their roofing system before the Florida storm season starts in a few short weeks.
Many businesses would be crushed by two back-to-back shutdowns in the same year. The Coronavirus pandemic is bad enough, but having a roofing system failure during a storm and the misfortune of interior collateral damage would be like pouring salt into an open wound.
If your commercial roof is over 10 years old and hasn’t been proactively maintained it’s most likely vulnerable and poses a risk of failing. The good news is that we specialize in extending the life of our customer’s commercial roofs without crippling your cash flow. Now is the time to lean on us.
Our THREE STEP PROCESS can potentially extend the life of your roof up to 15 years.
STEP ONE – FREE INSPECTION
Click HERE to request your FREE commercial roof inspection. If you’re one of the first 10 people to do so during the month we’ll give you $250 with no-strings-attached.
STEP TWO – REPAIRS OR RESTORATION
Your FREE inspection will reveal what needs to be repaired on your roof. At the very least the caulking will need to be refreshed. Best case scenario in the Florida climate caulking only lasts a few years. If your roof hasn’t been maintained there is most likely debris that needs to be removed from the field, drains, scuppers or gutters. Unless your roofing system is saturated the worst case scenario is probably a restoration with silicone coating.
There are some big advantages to restoring your roof:You can potentially get 60 cents per square foot back in the form of a federal tax credit
- You may also be able to get “Cool Roof” rebates from your power company
- Your electric bill will go down due to the high reflectivity index
- You’ll be able to claim 100% of the cost as a tax deduction
- You’ll extend the life of your roof 10-15 years
STEP THREE – PROACTIVE MAINTENANCE
Our Roof TOP Assurance maintenance program is a remarkable value. For starters it’ll get your roof back in warranty (annual or semi-annual maintenance is required by ALL roofing system manufacturers to stay in warranty). It will also allow us to find and rectify small repairs before they turn into big headaches.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
In most cases repairs can extend the life of your roof up to three or four years. By adding proactive maintenance that number can potentially be doubled to eight years. When your roof is restored you will get 10 to 15 more years out of your roofing system.
