Coronavirus Small Business Guidance

R&R Industries works with the SBDC at Daytona State College on a regular basis through their CEO XChange program. We are passing on the following information so businesses in our community are aware of the two primary financial assistance programs that are available, and what is required to apply for them.

U.S. Small Business Administration

The SBA provides low interest, federal disaster, long-term loans for up to $2M to businesses and non-profits.

You can submit your application and upload the required documents by clicking HERE. The site is currently getting a lot of traffic and is slow to load.

You will need to provide the following documents:

  • Personal Financial Statement (online)
  • Year to Date Balance Sheet
  • Year to Date Aging
  • P&L for 2018 & 2019
  • 4506-T Form (online) of personal 2016, 2017 & 2018 1040 Tax Return
  • 4506-T Form (online) 2016, 2017 & 2018 1120 Tax Return
  • P-019 From (online)

Small Business Emergency Bridge Loan Program

The Florida Department Economic Opportunity provides small business loans that are interest free for the first year, but charge 12% interest per annum on the unpaid balance thereafter.

  • 2017 & 2018 Business Tax Returns
  • One of the following: 2019 Annual Federal Tax Return (Form 940), 2019 Quarterly Federal Tax Return (Form 941), 2019 W3’s or W2 for minimum of 2 employees.
  • Individual Tax Return of 2017 & 2018
  • A completed application
